Shipping Information & Policies: NZ Customers
Bidz products are separated into 4 different categories:
Jewellery items are small high-value items such as earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, eyewear, accessories and some watches that may be shipped together. Limit 30 items per invoice.
Oversized Items are items that may come individually packaged and are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping rates. Limit 5 items per invoice.
Collectible Items are large bulky items that are packaged individually and can not be shipped with other items due to size restriction. Limit of 1 Collectible item per invoice.
Wholesale Items are items sold in Lots. Limit of 1 Lot per invoice. They may not be combined with any other item(s) or orders.

* FedEx FIMS Service (FedEx International Mail Service) will be shipped to a FedEx sorting facility in New Jersey. Packages are then shipped to your country to be delivered by your local Post Office. Delivery is 3-4 Weeks.
** FedEx Economy normally takes 7-10 business days in transit (may vary due to customs) and up to 5 business days processing.

Shipping Policies
- Upon receipt of funds, it may take Bidz.com up to 5 business days to ship your order. During peak season, your order may take longer to ship. Please note, additional services such as ring resizing or jewellery appraisal reports may delay your order 7 additional days.
- The customer is responsible for all customs fees. Please consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations, and restrictions.
- Handling charges include packaging material and insurance.
- Handling Charge is $3 per each item unless stated otherwise in the item description.
- Some items even if combined with other items will require an additional shipping charge.
Shipping to APOs and FPOs
- Orders up to $500 will be shipped via USPS priority service.
- Orders over $500 must be shipped to a physical address.
Tracking Your Shipment
You can track your order online once it has shipped. A tracking number may be obtained under View My Orders in the My Bidz Control Center. Click on your Tracking Number, and you will be able to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to update on the shipper's website.
